Search for drawings using their GPS Location
Upload new drawings
Easily sort search results by column headers in ascending or descending order
Configurable filters and advanced search to refine search results
Share drawings via Email, Teams or URL link
Ability to view the latest version of a drawing with detailed metadata and related drawings
Automatically create PDF renditions of original drawing file types (e.g. DWG/DGN)
Check-out drawings for editing or upload an updated revision of as-installed drawings
Download single or multiple drawings in original or PDF format

Ability to send a transmittal which will check-out drawings from Content Manager and upload to Microsoft Teams. During the process a transmittal report will be created and shared.

Prerequisites

Content Manager 10x, 10.1x, 23x
Windows Server 2016 (IIS 10) or greater
The account used to run the app pool will need to be an Active Directory/Domain account
The account used to run the app pool will need access to Content Manager
Must be installed on a Content Manager workgroup server
Content Manager 64bit client installed on the server
Ability to register an application on Microsoft Azure Active Directory
The application will need to be HTTPS-protected
The application will need to be able to communicate with the Microsoft Identity Platform and Microsoft Graph API outside of your internal network
.NET 6 SDK (x64) version 6.0.400 or greater must be installed on the hosting system
ASP.NET Core Runtime Hosting Bundle version 6.0.8 or greater must be installed on the hosting system
Users of the application will need to have their M365 login added to their Content Manager profiles
Use of the Power Automate flows requires a valid Power Automate license (per user or per flow plan)
