Establish/Update Retention & Disposal Authority
Don't have a Retention and Disposal Authority (RDA)? Not sure if your organisation needs one?
Does your organisation have an outdated Retention and Disposal Authority (RDA)?
If the answer to either of these questions is yes, then you should consider contacting FYB to assist you with the development of your organisation's RDA requirements. Once your RDA has been developed and approved the RDA shall have effect for a period of ten (10) years from the date of issue unless revoked prior to that date. Thus you are required to update your RDA every 10 years to be compliant with the current government standards.
